Founded in 1981, Maverick Construction has been a trusted construction company for over four decades. Established in Hanover, MN, by Bryan Reitzner, the company built a strong reputation for quality craftsmanship, reliability, and customer satisfaction throughout the Twin Cities and beyond.

Cole and his family live in Zumbro Falls, MN. When he’s not managing projects, he enjoys boating, snowmobiling, hunting, and spending time with his family. Cole and his wife Kristi live in Zumbro Falls, MN. They have been blessed with 3 wonderful children Marlee (4), Calvin (3), and Lainey (1). Beyond his professional endeavors, Cole finds his greatest fulfillment in the love and support of his amazing wife and children, shaping our journey with joy, purpose, and boundless dreams.

Dorothy Cohan

Dorothy grew up in Richfield and now lives in Lonsdale, Minnesota, with her husband and three children. With experience in both financial planning and school operations, she brings strong organization and people-focused leadership to Maverick Construction. Outside of work, she enjoys gardening, reading, and chasing after her twins and 12-year-old. Her favorite season is fall; pumpkin spice, colorful leaves, and all things spooky.

Blake Waters

Blake lives in Zumbro Falls, Minnesota, where he also runs his own businesses, Insignia Screen Printing and Bluff Valley Campground. As Maverick Construction’s Marketing Manager, he leads social media strategy, brand content, and advertising campaigns to strengthen Maverick’s presence across all platforms. Beyond work, Blake enjoys fishing, hunting, and spending time outdoors. He values creativity, trust, and building meaningful connections with his team and community.

Production/Carpenter

Scott Nelson

Scott grew up in Wanamingo, Minnesota, and now lives in Mazeppa. With over 40 years of experience in construction from building homes and remodels to pole buildings, he brings unmatched craftsmanship and attention to detail to every project. At Maverick Construction, Scott focuses on production oversight and hands-on carpentry. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his grandkids, hunting, and staying active.

Operations Assistant/Executive Assistant

Grace Guerrero

Grace works remotely from the Philippines, supporting Maverick Construction’s leadership and operations team. She helps manage daily workflows, organize internal systems, and coordinate marketing and finance initiatives to keep projects running smoothly. She has a strong background in education, communication, and digital management. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, cooking, and going on short trips

Online Sales Representative

Michael Robinson

Originally from Florida, Michael has experience in both coaching and sales from serving as a college golf coach to working as an Account Executive in software and managing Instagram lead generation. At Maverick Construction, he oversees the Instagram sales process, engaging potential clients and booking them for project consultations. Outside of work, Michael enjoys golf, fishing, and spending time with friends and family in Florida. His favorite quote: “Belief begins after rational thought.”
